NC Alloy By making improvements to the Corson alloy, it achieves extremely high mechanical strength without containing beryllium and excellent heat resistance that surpasses that of high beryllium copper. 

NC alloy is a newly developed material based on the Corson alloy as a beryllium copper substitute that does not contain beryllium, which is one of the specific first-class designated chemical substances. By combining the main additive elements Ni and Si in a well-balanced manner according to the purpose, the amount of Ni2Si is optimized, and precipitation strength is promoted by adding Cr and Sn, and it combines high heat resistance with excellent mechanical and physical properties.

NC25 

NC25 achieves the second highest strength after high beryllium copper, and at the same time, its heat resistance exceeds that of beryllium copper 25 alloy. It has high thermal conductivity and strength comparable to steel, and can be used as a material for plastic injection molding dies in addition to electrodes. 

Main uses : Electrodes for resistance welding / welding machine parts (arms, holders, jigs) / plastic mold materials 

ECO® Corson Hard (Mold Ace) 

An alloy with even higher hardness than the above NC25. Mainly used as a material for plastic injection molding dies. In addition, since it has been heat-treated, there is no need to add heat treatment after processing. 

Main uses : Plastic mold material
